Bubble Fun!

 

 

 

 

 

Once in a while, we treat the kids to taking a bath in the big tub in our bathroom.  We fill it with enough water for them to "swim"in and then turn on the bubbles!   It typically ends up being quite wet in many places in the bathroom besides just inside the tub, but they love it!

I had to work on Brad's birthday, so I did not make him a special meal.  Instead, both grandparents joined us for supper at the Pizza Ranch.  We came back to the house for cake and ice cream.  Brad was very honored to have everyone come and celebrate his special day.   Maybe getting a little more sentimental in his old age??

Owen didn't care for his ride down the side of the snow pile, but was content being pulled around in the sled.   

He even got his new trike out from Grandma Chris.  It's never too cold to ride trike!

He did seem to enjoy the scooping!

We spent a decent afternoon playing outside with the kids.  I really should invest in some snow gear instead of 3 pairs of pants.  It wasn't too cold anyway!  Ava loved every minute of it.  Owen wasn't sure what to do at first, but he did warm up after a while.  Ava can't wait for him to actually be able to sled with her.
