Our back deck
We got an unexpected surprise in April which was a horrible ice storm. We were fortunate compared to many as we did not have mature trees in our yard that lost tons of branches. Most area cities looked like war zones with extended loss of power. Brad was busy during the three day storm doing service work getting people's generators hooked up as well as putting wires back up that had fallen in people's yards. We only lost power for a couple hours a couple different times. Many were without power for over a week. The kids managed to still have some fun outside although cabin fever did set in!
