Owen's no sleep weekend finally hits a wall
We were invited to Brad's cousin Troy's lake lot after the graduation. He grilled us a wonderful meal and we enjoyed our time with Troy, Mary, and Becky as well as some other relatives that joined us. Troy has a camper on the lot right now, but has dug a basement for his new cabin. It will be so nice when completed! Ava had so much fun with Mary and in fact, asks nearly every day when she's going to see her again. The kids had so much fun so it was worth the really late night. We left to come home the next day and only really stopped to eat and at this tiny little church that Ava wanted to see. As you can see, Owen was in need of some serious rest. He didn't nap or sleep in nearly like Ava did. I'm so happy she has tranistioned into the age where she makes up her sleep.

We enjoyed a family picnic at a scenic overlook. It was nice to take a break from the car and get some fresh air. The kids were great for the 4 hour drive.

Hard to believe "little" Layne has graduated already! Time flies! It was nice catching up with relatives at the party.
