We took a quick trip to Omaha a couple weeks ago partially for a little getaway, but also wanted to look at the Nebraska Furniture Mart for some new things for the basement. We spent quite a bit of time in the pool. Ava has just began swimming lessons again this year, and was eager to practice her new skills. She mastered jumping off the side into the deep end while staying at the hotel. She is no longer afraid to go under the water and absolutely had a great time swimming. We had a long day shopping, but the kids did quite well. Owen even slept in the stroller! It was a fun little getaway and our kids even slept a little in the hotel which is unusual for them :)
