Ava was very excited to sign up for "Learn to Skate" lessons at the Ice Arena. It was a 6 week class on Mondays, instead of the alternative which is signing up for the whole school year basically. I was not initially excited as we already had dance on Tuesday evenings and I don't like to have things going on too much at this age. Well, Ava loved it! She caught on quickly and learned to skate forwards, backwards, and how to stop. Now, of course, she wants to do ice skating in the fall!
